In this installment, we’re featuring our Assistant Community Manager, Justin Renaud, and Leasing Consultant, Amanda Wiley. Read below for interviews with each team member about their role at Market Central, favorite things about our community, and what they love about Central Square.
Justin Renaud, Assistant Community Manager
When did you start at Market Central?
→ April 5th, officially!
What does your role entail on a daily basis?
→ Engaging with residents, assisting with resident questions and concerns, property accounting , and overseeing the leasing process.
What’s your favorite thing about the Market Central community?
→ I love that we have three different buildings (Watermark, Link, and Union House) at the Market Central. Each offers their own lifestyle experiences and have their own individual identity all while remaining modern and new.
Do you have a favorite amenity space?→ I love fresh air and being outside, so definitely the 8th floor outdoor terrace at Watermark, the 5th floor terrace at Link, and the private backyard space at Union House.
What’s your favorite thing about Central Square?
→ Central Square is located right on the red line which provides easy access for people who are on the go. It takes just a few minutes on the subway to get anywhere. I’m also very excited to start trying all of the fun restaurants in the area — there are a lot within walking distance!
Amanda Wiley, Leasing Consultant
When did you start at Market Central?
→ April 1st.
What does your role entail on a daily basis?
→ Touring the community, engaging with residents, providing quick responses to emails, future move-ins, and more.
What’s your favorite thing about the Market Central community?
→ The team! Everyone works together for a common goal.
Do you have a favorite amenity space?
→ The game room. Who doesn’t love shuffleboard?
What’s your favorite thing about Central Square?
→ The endless amount of restaurants and new places to try.
